I kept installing blockers.
I kept uninstalling them.
I couldn't stop opening Reddit mid-work. One day I caught myself opening it 6 times in the same 20-minute work session. My brain craves novelty and I had zero friction stopping it. Every blocker I tried either felt like a prison — or was too easy to just disable.
So I tried something different. Instead of blocking the site, I added a few seconds of pause before the feed loads. Just enough time for my brain to catch up with my intentions.
That tiny gap fixed the exact moment where I usually lost control.
So I turned it into a Chrome extension. Mostly for myself. Then a few friends asked for it.
Now you're here.
